Spring in Columbine neighborhood!

We are still seeing historically low inventory especially during a period when we should see many new listings weekly. This is squeezing the market even more and making home prices increase with Buyers bidding over the asking price and mainly waiving inspection and appraisal to hopefully be the lucky winner winner chicken dinner. Buyers and agents must be very diligent and have financing not only in order but have your buyers pre approved with all documents submitted to their lender prior to making offers. Many listing agents have said buyers who have done this can tip the scales in their favor when they are up against competition.
